“Swimming pool Villa” is a bioclimatic house  facing south,  built with a wooden frame (wood wool insulation, solid wood ceilings). This house has been designed to accommodate 1 to 4 people in area of 72m2.

“Villa with pool” is located 600 m from the foreshore and 1.3 km from St Samson’s 18-hole golf course.

It is completed by a 150m2 annex including a gym (rower, exercice bike , dumbbell ) and an indoor swimming pool, a real  4*17m swimming pool, heated around 28° all year round.

Annex includes two spaces: the sports hall in  cellular concrete  and the swimming pool in  lignotrend solid wood  , insulated from the outside in wood wool with a green roof. Whole is covered with Douglas fir siding from the West region.

The thermal and acoustic comfort  of the whole and the sports equipment allow you to consider a stay in the Trégor in all serenity: indeed whatever the weather, the benefits of a walk by the sea in Trégastel or Landrellec (the GR 34 passes at 200m) will be optimized by swimming or water gymnastics sessions in water at 28°.

A cocooning holiday : alone, as a couple or as a family, the two bedrooms, each equipped with a large 2*1.60m bed with natural latex mattress, and the very bright kitchen-living area, will offer your holiday a warm shelter open to nature.

Open to the outside  on large terraces and a large park planted with local species, the Villa, the gym and the swimming pool are warmly decorated with creations by Phillip Plisson  (Plisson.com).
