Booking conditions
Pre-Booking
After confirmation from us of the availability of the villa on the chosen dates, we will send you a standard contract to be completed (pdf format) and block your dates for one week from the sending of our file.
Within this period, you send us back the completed and signed contract (internet, or post) accompanied by the initialed and signed general conditions of sale.
A deposit representing 25% of the amount of the rental (excluding optional charges) must also reach us.
You can pay by check (payable to SARL Rentonic) and by bank transfer.
The balance of the rental must be paid 30 days before your arrival. (see the general conditions of sale, article 5).
For stays contracted directly via the Abritel or GÓtes de France platforms, you are asked to sign the contract in which the price and payment terms are stipulated.
Deposit – Security Deposit
On arrival in the rental, we will ask you for a security deposit of 500 euros (200Ä for the apartment) which will not be cashed and which will be returned to you on the day of departure after the inventory of fixtures provided that there is no degradation or breakage.
Insurance
The person who signs the reservation contract is required to insure the house during the stay. You can check with your insurance company that you have the holiday extension (holiday rental) in your main home contract. A certificate of insurance will be requested when paying the balance of the rental 30 days before your arrival.
